Our Fees
Our fees are fixed and incur no travel expenses
At Simply Social Work, we aim to provide the best quality service for a reasonable fee. We are transparent with our fees so you know exactly what you are paying when you instruct us. All of our fees are subject to VAT at the standard rate and we do not charge any travel expenses. So whether you require us in Cornwall or Cumbria, our fees will be the same.
With the exception of SEND Tribunal reports, our fixed fees include up to 40 pages of reading. If, at any stage of our instruction, more than 40 pages of reading is required, this will incur additional fees at the agreed hourly rate. Our typical hourly rate is £125 plus VAT for a Consultant Social Worker, or £160 plus VAT for a Director / Expert Witness unless Legal Aid Agency rates have been agreed prior to instruction.
