Simply Social Work is a private Social Work Company covering England and Wales.  Quite simply, we provide Social Work services, but are not a part of any Local Authority.  We are often instructed by solicitors, families and Local Authorities to provide mental capacity reports (for a variety of decisions), care assessments for adults and children, care reports for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Tribunal hearings and immigration reports relating to human rights appeals.  We have a team of Associate Social Workers which enables us to offer a very effective service to solicitors, Local Authorities and families across England and Wales.  Our Associate Social Workers are all Independent Social Workers (ISWs) (some also work for Local Authorities) and work for us under an independent contractor agreement.

We have dedicated support team that ensures all of our reports and assessments reach the high standards that people expect of us, and we are looking for more exceptional Social Workers with at least 5 years experience in adults or children's Social Work to join our team as Associate Social Workers. Whilst remaining an ISW, you'll receive full support and opportunities to advance your CPD and attend training sessions run by us. We're particularly interested in hearing from you if you have experience in mental capacity, SEND, immigration or care assessments for adults or children.
